How it works:

1. Submit your return through this link.
2. Pick a date for the pickup, and Veho will send you a text with a 4-hour reminder window.
3. The Veho driver will collect your return.

Veho FAQs:

• Pickup Time: Veho picks up from your doorstep between 8 am to 8 pm local time, Monday to Sunday.
• Service Areas: Currently available in Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Tampa, Orlando, Northern Virginia/DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Newark, and Boston.
• Package Protection: Veho seals your return in a polybag, attaches a QR code for tracking, and guarantees safe delivery.
• No Printer Needed: Veho handles label printing and attachments for you.
• Text Notifications: You’ll get texts confirming your pickup date, reminding you of the time window, confirming the pickup, and even asking for feedback!
• Rescheduling: Just text back to reschedule or text 68953 for support.
• Forgotten Package: If you forget to leave your return out, the driver will try to contact you. If they can’t reach you, it’ll be marked as skipped, and you can reschedule.
• Changing Return Method: Text 68953 to cancel your pickup, then contact customer support if you need a new shipping label.
