What should I do if my tracking information says 'Return to Sender'?Updated 2 days ago

Sometimes your package might make a U-turn and get sent back by the carrier for reasons like:

  • Not being claimed
  • Denied due to customs charges
  • Missing or incomplete address details
  • Package or label damage during transit
  • Undeliverable as addressed
  • Customs restrictions/prohibited items
  • Addressee moved
