My Glove Lights will not turn on.Updated a year ago

Our glove lights come with a feature called 'eLock'.

This function is to prevent your lights from turning on during transit and to help preserve battery life when stored away.

1. TO LOCK
With the light OFF, hold the button down until it flashes RED. Then release. Hold to select HIGH RED (H) and your lights will turn off and lock. They cannot be turned on by clicking manually. OR, click and hold on LOW RED (L) to exit eLock. 

2. TO UNLOCK
Click and hold the button for 3-5 seconds. Your light will flash RED for a brief moment, then return to its normal functions, while retaining all previous custom programming.
