- Verify that your items qualify: Not all items are eligible for discounts. Items that don’t qualify will usually say so on their product page or in your cart.

- Enter the code carefully: Typos are sneaky!
- Double-check spacing, characters, and spelling.
- Be sure you’re not mixing up the numbers 0/1 and the letters O/I.

I Forgot to Use a Discount Code on My Order
