Here's how to send your items back:
- Start Your Return: You’ve got 30 days from your order date to kick things off. Just click HERE to get started.
- Approval & Instructions: Once your return is approved, we’ll shoot you an email with all the next steps.
- Ship It Back: Use your local post office to send the items back in a secure package.
- Track It: Hang on to your proof of postage and tracking number—unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
- Processing Time: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll handle it in 3-5 business days.
- Store Credit: After it’s processed, you’ll get an email with your store credit details. We’ll inspect the items to make sure they meet our return conditions.
Helpful Tips:
- We can’t offer prepaid shipping labels for orders outside the U.S.
- If we made an error (like sending you the wrong item), we’ll cover the Standard Mail shipping cost by giving you store credit.
