Late ReturnsUpdated a year ago

Customers have 30 days to send back purchases made at iHeartRaves once the return is approved. Returns postmarked after 30 days of the return's approval will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.

*It is at management discretion to make one time exceptions. If management approves any late returns, the return would only be eligible for store credit.
