If your return is because of our error (like receiving a defective item), we’ll take care of all the shipping costs. For U.S. orders, we’ll email you a USPS prepaid shipping label to make things easy.

If the return isn’t our fault (like you just changed your mind), you’ll need to cover the shipping. A $4 fee for the return label will be deducted from your store credit.

For international orders, if the return was fault (like sending the wrong item), we’ll cover the shipping costs via store credit—but only for Standard Mail. At this time, we can’t offer prepaid shipping labels for orders outside the U.S.
