Why does my tracking number say "not found"?
Don’t worry! Tracking numbers can take 1-2 business days to update online. For real-time updates, log into your account or click on Track My Order. If you don’t see any movement after 2 business days, reach out to us here and we’ll help you out!
What should I do if my shipping is delayed?
If your package is taking longer to arrive than expected based on the shipping method you selected, don’t stress—our support team is here to help. Just contact us, and we’ll sort it out for you. You can also check out this link for estimated delivery times.
What does it mean if my tracking info says “Return to Sender”?
Sometimes packages take a detour and get sent back for reasons like:
- Missing or incomplete address details
- Not being claimed
- Denied due to customs charges
- Package or label damage during transit
- Addressee moved
- Undeliverable as addressed
- Customs restrictions or prohibited items
Here’s how we can fix it:
- Reship your order to the same address
- Refund your payment (minus a $5 restocking fee)
- Issue store credit to shop again
If your tracking says “Return to Sender,” contact us ASAP! Just click the Chat icon in the lower right corner and drop your order number for a quick solution. Heads up: shipping fees aren’t refundable.
My package was lost. What now?
Lost packages happen sometimes, but let’s track it down together:
- Double-check that your shipping address is correct.
- Look for a delivery notice left at your door or mailbox, and follow the instructions.
- Check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, backyard, etc.).
- See if someone nearby (family, neighbor, roommate) accepted the package for you.
- Keep in mind, packages marked as “Delivered” might actually arrive within 1 business day.

My order says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If tracking shows your package as “Delivered,” but it’s MIA, try these steps:
- Check for a delivery attempt notice from your carrier.
- Look around your usual delivery spot.
- Ask your family, neighbors, or office manager if they accepted it for you.
- Call your local post office to see if they’re holding the package.
- Wait 1-2 days, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before they’re actually dropped off.
