Returning with iHeartRaves is a breeze!

• General Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the purchase date, to return items for store credit which doesn't expire. 
  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your items.
  • If the return is not our fault (e.g., you changed your mind), the cost of the prepaid shipping label ($4) will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping fees related to new orders.
  • Include a photo of the item being returned to assist with processing.
  • U.S. orders: You’ll receive a prepaid USPS shipping label (if the return is due to an error on our part).
  • International orders: For issues like receiving a wrong item, we’ll cover shipping costs via store credit for Standard Mail only (no prepaid labels available).
  • Store credit is typically issued within 24 hours of return processing and may be received via email instantly once complete.
    
    

• Conditions

  • Store credit cannot be used to honor previous sale prices or expired discounts.
  • If a return is postmarked after 30 days, it will be returned to you at your cost.
  • Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Certain items cannot be returned (hosiery, undergarments, face masks, and final sale items).
  • Halloween costumes are non-returnable after October 21, 2024.
