Orders placed by 12 PM PST (Mon-Fri) usually ship the same day*. If your order is placed later, it’ll ship within 0-3 business days. We process orders 5 days a week, excluding weekends and holidays.

*Heads up: Orders with invalid addresses may take a little extra time to process.

After placing your order, we make sure your festival gear is on point before packing and shipping it from our California warehouse. Once it’s shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking info. You can also stay in the loop by clicking on Track My Order!
