Why was my order canceled?Updated 2 days ago

For your protection, our Risk Analysis team may cancel any orders flagged as suspicious. Don’t worry—you won’t be charged for any canceled orders. You might see a transaction on your bank statement showing an authorization hold, but this will be reversed within 2-5 business days.

Sometimes, orders get canceled due to inconsistent info provided during checkout. If you think this happened to your order, double-check that all your details match your billing info to avoid future issues.

Please note that canceled orders can’t be reversed. If you’d still like to move forward, you’ll need to place a new order.
