How do I cancel my order or add/remove an item?Updated 2 days ago

Once your order is placed, we can’t add or remove items. But no worries! You can reach out to our customer support team to request a cancellation and place a new order with the correct items.

Orders placed before 12 PM PST (Mon-Fri) usually ship the same day. If you need to cancel, call us at 1-844-447-5509 within 1 hour of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to honor your request! If the order’s already been processed, though, we won’t be able to cancel it.

We know our quick processing times are usually a win for shoppers, but we understand it can be frustrating if you want to cancel and it’s too late. Don’t worry—you can still use our online return system within 30 days of your order date and send it back. Check out our Return Policy for more details!
